tho its weird that my friend is on rank 463 and he has 2 attempts :P

I think single server rank in ranked battle also counts so if they are in the top 100 or top 50 they should get 2 SS convoys.

nk. The only thing I can think is that single server top 50 also can give you 2 chances.

He could also use Ingots (only 6 for a SS run and you get 40 coupons, totally worth, if he just does the daily recharge for 5 days that's 250 ingots worth 81 extra runs) and you randomly get SS convoy ticket by doing S rank convoys which is a free SS ticket, those also could be the reason's, you should ask him if he is using ingots or not.
