S911（911~914） & S916（916~925~928） & S932（932~970~977~984） & S973（973~980~987~991）Merge;Players were supposed to get the "compensation" that other servers received when their servers merged.
My S911 server merged before with S914, however, we did not receive any compensation back then either. I though "Hey, it's our first merge, our server is not that old, it's alright, we don't need coupons as compensation".
After today's merge, new players from the other servers that merged with mine said they received "compensation" in coupons (about 1k, if I'm not mistaken)
Why did that happen to just "SOME" players and not to all of us? Our S911 server is opened since April last year.

At first server merge, yes everyone gets compensations. But at second and so on, it's random.
My server didn't get any compensation for our first merge, or the 2nd one.
And I've talked to all the active members from my own group. None of us received anything.

At first merge you should have messaged any mod, or made a ticket in CS. It's 400 or 500 coupons, also some side items.
Edit: I knew i saw 911 number somewhere, since my answer isn't enough -

I know it's official answer from other mods too, for a long time. But as Qv said, you can try resolve it via ticket. Some actually did get compensations from them.

Let me tell you one thing before someone roast you down .. Tobei is not a plant but the 2nd to the highest ranking Moderator of the Naruto Online Team after Daiske .. So for the answers he said, no need to explain further since that says it all with what i've said ..
About the thing happened in the past, you know nothing to mention it .. Tobei has nothing to do with that, i'm not in any position to explain it further so go ahead with what you think ..
But i do agree that the compensations shouldn't be random ..

Hi! Let's be respectful to everyone. I believe everyone is here as a community trying to help each other. Do not need to start calling people names.
In regards to "compensation", it was previously designed to compensate player's from younger servers in comparison to the other server's they are merged with. This is to help those servers who are merging with older servers. Compensation was dependent on the difference in server age. So the oldest server in the specific merger would in most cases not have received any compensation as they are the oldest server in the server merge.
This reward is supposed to be for the "first mergers". I will bring up and ask about the "randomness".
