Oh sorry that was kind of close-minded and rude of me. You're right the game is very time consuming and many people don't have the time to do every single event, espeacilly during the exams phases.

Unless its been hotfixed in CN, oasis doesnt have the power to change ninja's kit. All they can do is simply pick version of skillset they choose to. Like with edo minato, who got to out servers as a buffed version, because original edo minato was god awful.
