are using medals? it should be automatic ..

No I'm not using medals, I'm free to play player, have to do it manually, that's why I don't know what happened, I've played everyday since I started and check in daily without fault, but yesterday this happens, reason of my thread.

Have you ever checked in after 5 o'clock?
Since the server reset time is 5AM, so if you login after that, that's already the next day.

I've always check in past midnight (between the first 10 minutes past 0 hours), since the daily check in resets at 0 o'clock, and never had this problem until yesterday.

Servers resets at 5AM server time, you know what right ?

I know that, but the daily check in refresh at 0 o'clock, at least to me, so I check every single day at that time, even if the reset is at 5AM doesn't have to be a problem if I check every day, like I said before, I checked in and the next day appears like I didn't, and is still like that.

Well, the thing is we can't do anything about it. Even if we could check your account and your actions, clearly the system doesn't remember that you checked in. With that being said, the result will be you : didn't sing up that day. I'm sorry for inconvenience.
