why does naruto rikudo sennin modo have shinobi alliance tag and sasuke rinnegan doesnt have it ?

i mean didnt they fight together ?

naruto came late to the great ninja war, he didnt even put the headband of shinobi alliance but he belongs to shinobi alliance

sasuke also came late and fought with the others in the great ninja war, why didnt he belong to shinobi alliance ?

both of them fought madara, kaguya and obito
