Kakashi/Tenten/GNW Kiba, and talents are pure damage. (That's what I use, usually.)
Formation:
Kiba clone x
Tenten Kakashi clone
main clone x

Round 1: no mystery, just combo your way through. Kyuubi swipes away Kakashi's clone.
Round 2 and so on: use whatever's available, and combo your way through again.

Talents (my focus is on doing enough damage for 10 hits and then going into combos triggered by 10 hits.):
Dragon Flame
Flame Jutsu
Celestial Prison (or Phoenix Fire if you have a low float -> repulse summon instead of the 10 hit Chameleon)
Red Lotus (don't even know if that does anything but if it does it's more useful than Genjitsu Mirror, which is what I use outside of Kyuubi)
Oboro Clone (extra hits)

Summon: Chameleon (see notes above)

Anko x x
Karin Tobi x
Main Clone x

Main talents - the o is the where u should click on the talents.

Summons - Chameleon

First round u click Anko,2 your main, 3 u press Tobi when he is finished immediately u press Ankos mystery, 4 u wait for Ankos mystery again next round you press it first,5 after that u go with your main`s Mystery and Karins Mystery, u gonna get the bomb, u will come back with Tobi again and hit 2 time with his Mystery.
