I think its better to increase his hp, because its pretty low. He may get killed in one combo even with shield. Especially since he shield his clones too, so maybe he wont give himself.

Since in 2.0 changes, he shields up to 9 targets, so he is guaranteed to get a shield, at least in single team lineup.

I put HP for Chojuro, so he won't get focused early in RB. His atk stat is pretty decent in general i believe.

believe me if u have enough power dat chojuro tai dame can sweap enemy team in 2 turns
