There are basically three lineups I use: Neji, Kabuto, Kakashi, main and Guy, Kakashi, Sasuke, main and Sasuke , Sakura, Naruto, main/Suigetsu.
The first one is good for actually every type of battle (starting with strong approaching finishing with ordinary battles https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOKvHy3WPj4 )
The second one is used for dealing with Kyubi (it's point is to deal as much damage as possible, yet this one is bad for survival battles)
Lastly I use the third one for survival practice, when some of my ninjas from the first lineup dies.
