Decisive bonds is a cross server feature trough the whole region (like arena).

If you are in a new server try to forget this feature exists for about 15 months.

  • I can disagree on your statement. After coming back to game, on new server I have started to do decisive from 25-30k. There was days when it took all 50 daily attempts to claim all chests, but since then there wasn't a single day when I didn't done it. It's free stuffs after all, and like with everything in game, it needs patience.

You can cap moon scrolls without doing it right now.
