depends on what fight style you like... you want high combos? slow kill with poison and control? infinite heal, clones annoying?

im lvl 35 with azure fang, good lineup?

I just switched to Azure Fang main and now have Kisame, Tobi and Hinata, they get a string of 6 combo which isnt bad.
But for newer players I've heard that GNW Kiba (3 Star - possibly 2 Kiba may work too), Hinata and Kakashi work well too. I haven't tried this myself as I really wanted Kisame in my team xD
Its also worth noting that the top Azure Fang on my server uses Gaara, Temari and GNW Kankuro

Im level 61 and I run w/ my main is Suigetsu, Sasuke (3 star), and Zabuza (Mist's Seven Swordsmen) with Ninja dog shiba summon. Basically this composition is for combos off of repulse and low float. Haku( 3 star), Kankuro, and Hinata as alternates when I feel like playing less dps and more grindy with heals and poison. It depends on your play style.

it has a lot of good combos with a mix of CC.

Azure Fang + Kankuro with Sasori-doll, Sakura and Kakashi get a string of 6 combo too. But I want more cause my enemies in battle arena can do 7-9 hits combos against me ;( ...

For the very basic character, just change Kakashi to Sasuke and Sakura to Hinata. Then put into this formation:

Kankuro GNW *** **X
**** Sasuke(***) Hinata
Azure Fang *** **X

with The Azure Fang skills are:
Mystery: Shark Bomb / Healing
Standard: Healing
Chase: Knocked Down then High Float
Passive I : Healing Tips
Passive II : Poison Tai
Summoning : Deer

when you do, and you will, a combo ( 8 combo per person ) you gonna make Paralyzed, Poison, Ignition, Accupunture, at the same time.

i need help with high combos and i need to keep healing too

Kakashi is too fragile though make a way to make him tougher. Put initiative to Kakashi and Naruto.
