Lucky Bags are a resource for low refines right now. You also mentioned that Shops carry them, so use those too if you don't need ninjas.

Refine is a good investment let me tell u something i am a f2p player many player have pain in there team like 2 pain 3 pain.. but why i still win in pvp vs them? the reason is i am faster that them and once i am faster i can disable or i can burst them down so fast.. i invest my coupon on mood and refine.. many f2p player are complaning to about main fire main is op earth main is op blah blah blah.. the thing is they are op because they are quicker than u if u are quicker then u can disable them before they use there jutsu.. and there is always a player that pay so much to became stronger those are only player i cant beat and player that invest there coupon to seal scroll those are player i can beat so easy This post was last edited by 110***@google at 2016-9-12 01:21

i agree with you. Magatama is for early game but Refine runes are what you need if you want to cope up with p2w players. The higher your refine level, the higher you initiatives.

Refines are useless on ninja exam lol, even if you have 100% combo or crit chance but when your tai/nin atk are low also HP then meh.

Then upgrade ur maganta ang equip if u want ninja exam.. then when u try pvp other player complain again.. pretty sure u will say i need to upgrade my refine my enemy always attack 1st on me because he has high initiative..

:lolRanked battle rewards are crap and sage world battlefield well just be lucky your faction has the strongest player. Also after 3-4 months of playing you can at least max all your gears to lvl 4 (FREE) so refine will be last resort to upgrade. Sure you max all your gears now but imagine in the long run you have 100+ low level run talisman just piling up on your inventory.

Ranked battle and sage battle field for u its crap because u cant even win the battle because of lacking on initiative hahaha..Battle Sage can give 1 seal scroll and more ranked battle points if u get high points but sad to say u cant get atleast top 15 so u dont understand it ^^

:lolI can't relate because I'm on a poor server anyway so no big deal to spend that much coupons just to get faster. Fine go spend all your coupons on low level refinement no big deal. Just let me know how will you spend those extra low refines you get for FREE after 3-4 months. P.S before you bark check my server first then bark. You can buy low refine in Rank Battle shop and have change to get it in Activity lucky bag or win in sage war
tips : Dont use refine yet save it wait event refine

you can talk like that because your playing on a *ty server haha..
