Hi! Are you still experiencing issues logging in? If you are, please try to clear cache and restart the game. If the issue persists, you may need to contact Customer Service directly, which can be found here.

If you are contacting customer service, please have ready a screenshot (with Time Stamp and Server ID visible) of the error you see. Also, if possible, please type "hylogfile" without the quotation mark anywhere in the game besides the text box; this will allow you to save a Log file, which would be very helpful.

Note: For the future, please use bug/support section found here for support related inquiries. Thanks!

If you check in the support forum under the title 14%, you will see it is all the LA servers. Please check that list cause it seems to be all LA servers. Just check cause if that is the case it is not a comp issue, but a server issue.

Yawn... they think support answered the question but obviously it's a server issue nothing to do with cache, flash, ad blockers, etc. Nonsense

I know just wanted them to look at the forum in the support forum is all. Was not trying to be rude or call out what others knew. Just felt like they put the focus was put in the wrong place is. Sorry I am bad at wording so my fault for being off in my wording.

No, I am with you. I'm saying supports response/answer is saying the standard and not looking into the server side. Clearing cache, flash update blah blah blah wont work. So I'm on your side!
