  • 3 hours later and the updates for LA hasn't ended yet. How many more hours will it be until updates are done?

They haven't given a window like they did with the HK and UK servers. That probably means they either don't have an idea of when it'll end or the servers will be up soon so there's little point. If they aren't up in an hour or so, it's probably the prior.
