ta and by the time it really sunk in for Oasis it was too late. The game became over saturated with him so then those in charge were left with a decision; nerf him, reduce his availability, or both. By doing the prior, people will feel slighted because they've already invested in him. Though my opinion on that is that they've likely already had their time in the sun using a ninja that's borderline broken if not outright so. If you reduce his availability, you're again upsetting people who want him because they want the same power others have or feel they have to have him to be able to compete. Either way you're going to upset a group of people and it's a no win scenario. Oasis should just bite the bullet and nerf him as well as make him more available after, but not as much as he was earlier in the aforementioned several weeks. That's my take.
They probably wanted 6p to shine on this server as people stuck with kakuzu in china. With that in mind, they most likely wanted whales to use 6p Naruto so they can shift their focus to kakuzu once he comes.
They probably did not consider how many f2ps getting him in events where he can be redeemed.

Don't worry guys, when kakuzu online starts, no sosp will stay in town ^^, idk if you already noticed, but the past few months there was so many kakuzu redeem options, sometimes more visible, sometimes less (when mixed with edo deidara on a pack, where you pick which one you want), this week he is/was in konoha tree, next week, he is also there, those who know the current me
ta in CN are stacking his frags, the rest are trying to piece their sosp.
The f2ps that him will most likely * with 6p naurto though. With whales most likely switch to kakuzu, the people who struggle to counter 6p would might also with kakuzu.
So it's a tough luck situation for those players and a rant about kakuzu would come weeks after they add his SBs.

Spenders will always have the advantage; it's what they pay for. However, I think to keep the people who can't spend money continuing to play there need to be periods of "down time" that allow the latter time to play catch up so that the gap doesn't become too overwhelming. Going back, focusing on older ninja with trials and breakthroughs is a good way to prevent that from happening. I don't feel there's been near enough of them, so we're on the same page there.
They did try with old ninjas (i.e. hidan) a couple of times throughout the past year but you have people complain that they want the new ninjas to be in events everytime so for them to focus. Some players understand that they need downtime while some do not and it seems like the people that do not have the loudest voice especially when they sarcastically say "saving week" every weekly update.

Was enough to make him cost 80k or 150k to make him unavailable to f2p.
That was his initial price though (well through the seal scroll rebate). Prices after that are similar to what we have here. No one over there is going crazy for him like here because other options.

They did it, but they forget a little thing... The discount to the price.
Obviously that literally none buys hidan dbp if he still costs more than 16k coupons.
That's a ninja that right now is worth, maybe, 5k.
If the price is not 6k or lower it obvious that the fact they bring him back is not welcomed.
If we happen to get the wandering merchant, you will figure out that prices do not reflect the utility of the ninja in the current me
