We asked for 10 frags of a ninja instead of 80 not because we were envious of people that gained 80 in a row (i even was one of them...) but because we wanted to be SURE that if we spent 20k coupons there then we would get also the very minimum quantity of 10-20-30 frags too.
We wanted that instead of 1 tile with 80 frags of a ninja with 1/1200 chance to drop they added, in its place, a tile with 10 frags but with 1/150 chance to drop them.
Oasis, instead, simply reduced the quantity of the frags WITHOUT INCREASING THE CHANCE TO DROP THEM accordingly.
It's fun how they deliberately take advantage of our requests by wholly forgetting what the actual requests were.
Well thats what happens when you complain about these kind of stuff. Lucky stars and wheel of fortune used to be best events to gather ninja frags + other stuff for points aswell as a chance to get a 80 frags of a ninja. Now, lucky stars and Wheel of fortune are worst events pretty much :)

Well people should be smart instead of going for RNG in the first place...
You know it is only good when you get the 80 stars for a low amount of coupons/ingots. If that doesn't happen then you would complain when RNG dos not work out for you and you go over what you expected to get the 80 frags. At least with the 10 frags, it stopped people from trying these RNG events and the complaints seems to decrease.
I mean people always had a choice whether they want to go for that event or no.:) Everyone knew that you can get 80 frags by pure RNG and it was only up to you if you want to try it. But if you are dumb and naive, and will spend for ex 20k into it just to get those 80 frags, then you really are dumb. There were other events where you could spend coupons and get some stuff from it aswell as a ninja you want (like fuku deals). So your argument seems kinda funny and I bet you were one of those people who wanted that to change lol

Nope, it wasn't at all.
Why?
Because if you are a challenger for top positions then there are close to 0 chances for you to win those prizes without spending at least 4 times as much the value of them.
And if you aren't a challenger for top placements then doesn't matter how many op ninjas you get, you simply don't stand a chance.
That's why only low powers get them by spending less than 1/4 of the value of the various prizes.
Not only low powers. I agree that the higher bp the lower rng chance, but I saw and know many ppl who are strong and got lucky in rng few times, so it's pure luck. And if you don't have it, doesn't mean others don't have it aswell :)

those madara frags are joke anyways. i spent over 20k in lucky stars and not once did i get those 10 frags. it was mostly temari
Oh don't be surprised man. Some people here prefer to get 10 madara frags instead of a 80 frags ninja with the same drop rate
