I have just 1 problem with that team, how to make Minato use his mystery in the second round as the first one?

I mean everytime when the second round comes Shisui uses his mystery first and I can't change it. Any ideas how to make Minato attack first?

Don't play with auto.

Or use the chakra gain passiv to reach 60 chakra t2. Shisui will always cast his mystery before Minato in auto.

Minato with kisame and any healer with wind main would be good team. Minato will intrupt mystery and then kisame steal chakra .

Yep that's a prob so I use the passive that gives 40 chakra. So in that case I can get minato and shisui's mystery round 2. But sadly if I use minato round 1 I'll only be able to use his mystery late round 2.
