pff seriously i dont know anymore... i got him on great plates like half year ago, but i did not see him in events in a while... try to save coupons as much as you can...

itachi anbu is on events now but not worth spending coupons in my opinion... so if you have extra points to spare you can get frags for him

as for... arena in general... you need strong team not strong ninjas since beside initiative all the stats are null... so..
