because in swb people are distributed first based on level secondarily on power.

i'll try to explain you how it works:

lets say you have 270 players in your bracket that click on 'register'.

among those 270 players, 30 are level 105, 15 are level 104, 30 are level 103, 30 are level 102 and the others are under level 102.

the game, registered the numbers, will create 3 different battlefields full with 90 people each one (30 per side in the 3 sides).

the first field will be made of the 30 level 105, the 15 level 104, the 30 level 103 and the top 15 powers among the 30 people of level 102.

How are those distributed?

top 1 level 105 power will be in myoboku, top 2 level 105 will be in forest and top 3 level 105 will be in cave. 4th level 105 power will be still in cave, 5th in forest, 6th in myoboku, 7th in myoboku, 8th in forest and so on. Once the level 105 people are distributed how the level 104 are distributed? The strongest power among the level 104, will be considered as if it was the 31st level 105, the 2nd strongest power among level 104 will be placed as if he was the 32nd level 105, etc...
