after edo itachi's release, i feel like susanoo itachi is b-tech his frag rate shouldn't be so hard to obtain imo

there's still people willing to put in a lot of money to buy him so that won't change soon

the fact is i've been a regular player for a long time now and it's *ed up when you want to complete a ninja after a long time something like this happens

I'm asking is there some secret rule or whatever about where you can complete him or whatever

because i've never heard of someone doing 80+ draws and not getting a single frag

should i keep drawing in the same treasure?

because this seems like an unfair bug but i don't feel like reporting it in the bug section because you get ignored there

I've already sent a ticket to support, but they're useless with the "It's luck, it could be anywhere between 60-100 pulls for them to drop" responses.
Suuuuuuuuuure, tell that to my 200 pulls in jin1. I pulled my 2nd super in jin1(Roshi dupe), then went for another 190 pulls, where I got Yagura twice and Bee once.

Nope, not a single Itachi fragment dropped. I haven't pulled in jin2 yet, nor do I plan to, but every other treasure is dropping the frags..

That's 190 seals wasted on literally nothing, while I could've been much, much closer to recruiting him if I had known of the bug beforehand. Three months of collecting seals gone to waste because of bad developers that can't even port other versions of the game without including a bunch of bugs.

Sadly compensation for major bugs like these doesn't exist, but some other * error deserves instant fixing and a couple of dangos

Did 40pulls for u guys and I got it.

That's great and all, but it's not bugged for everyone. I was told by a dude from my group that he got free frags a couple of days ago in jin1.

I'm thankful that you wasted seals to prove that they do drop, but sadly, that doesn't help the people who've already experienced the issue, like OP and myself

They can set the rates to whatever they want. They have complete control over those types of aspects in the game. Will you get a straight answer? No, never. If someone was to show their findings over time and post it, chances are it will be deleted for reasons if “spreading misinformation”. Heck, even this reply now is probably under threat of deletion for their VERY BROAD definition of “inciting drama” that pretty much means anything they don’t like (weither it is truth or rumor).

Hi guys! The treasure pull for treasure has not changed. You still have the same chance to obtain the Itachi [Susano'o] fragments. Please note that while rares or uncommon ninjas can help estimate how many draws you did, it is not an exact amount and can be different based on how many pulls you actually did to get them.
