[ Bugs ] trouble with plunder

first check if you in Ranked top 100 merged servers,or top 50 if this single server.

If it's merged server then it actually need to be both requirements not "or" - so both in top 100 of merged and top 50 of single server.

Did you happen to level? Due to the 15 level gap, you are restricted to only plunder to a certain level range.
