In the anime, kakuzu isn't even shown that strongly (only because) naruto's wind elemental rasengan is no small feat.

don't get me wrong kakuzu efg is strong, they don't call 'em undead pair for nothing.

and if you still call him alive and young, i can only think of 4 on that level,

presuming that hidan can even survive aging, i would put madara as still alive, and finally orochimaru.

but i'm not sure because there is an edo kakuzu in the anime too,

and there isn't much action on that because (idk) edo itachi stole the limelight of that part or something?
