Regarding the outfits in china they almost get every outfit free but the stats are non existent there and you have to upgrade them through some materials to get the full stats. We on the other hand , we get it with full stats that is why we pay a lot to get them.

We don't even know what stat it would have. Since initative tends to cost more alongside how great the designs are, I can understand why they made it ingots only but for that price is too high.

You still have time to change it, to correct it before the event is released.... so if you care about the community, make it happen and give us the outfit in some event we can redeem its frags for coupons... You still have more than 10hours to correct this mistake

Guys, just dont support them, if you dont like whay they are doing just show it to them by not recharging anymore, thats how they will get it, i want the outfit but if its in that sakura event made more expensive only cus "its better rng now" without a proof and the rest in the recharge event i will save my coups until they stop their bs and put it in another more logic event and thats it.

i havent spent my coupons gonna be 2 weeks with these horrible events, still waiting on good deals(which is rare occurence these days).

What has saving your coupons to do with stopping to recharge?

coupons have also value, it's the ingame currency, and believe it or not, they have data of how many people or how many coupons were spent overall, honestly i dont see many people recharging this week(if you're smart).

OP damage,OP passives you sure?he got 3 rounds cooldown wich cant be reduced,and he got *ty dmg.

if you watched kaizers video ill tell you kaizer overstacks and he is the strongest there,nobody gets close enough to his power.even in CN when this mina was introduced everybody complained about his low dmg,only used as support back in times and now too,after he got bond barrier.

Furthermore, his passives do not really synergize.

I also feel like I should mention that this rate of release of new clothings is beyond ridiculous now. The puppy clothing is now the second clothing in a row where it came out ONCE and then the next clothing comes out before its released again. First the lee clothing comes out, then two weeks later the puppy clothing comes out and now here again two weeks later and there is another one.

I'm just going to start skipping them altogether because what is the point when it seems like the shot callers are determined to only allow the big/whale spenders keep up.

Surely, you don't think people who are willingly spending actual money on the game are the ones getting mad and being laughed at.

I think it's clear that F2P players who have limited coupons and can't get any of the recharge rebate benefits (ie: the new clothing) are the ones that are getting constantly upset...

Actual money, experienced F2Ps wouldn't even buy the clothing week 1 it came out even if it was purchasable with coupons unless there some extraordinary deal. The reason behind the fact that most spenders are getting mad is because they must have the newest stuff asap, and in terms of ninjas, most will probably play with a new ninja for a bit before never really using them again (with a few exceptions). Not I'm not saying spenders are bad but F2P really don't care about getting the newest things as soon as possible but rather wait for good deals and only buy ninjas they need.
