1＃ Go ToWhen i re-logged into the game (Due to lag) and now i do not see any of my Sage Scolls to upgrade my weapons/Armor. I had 4 Sage Scolls, and now they are gone. Do not have pictures to prove myself of this claim

I sent a ticket about this 2 days ago, and they told me that this never happened and i am not happy about how they labeled me as a liar about this. I know what happened, Even when i recruited Madara, The game crashed on me when i recruited him and when i logged back in the game he was not there.
