They removed him from the list. Like they removed the Preta items upgrade.

About him, you are right that his kit isn't that strong now and it will be buffed quite heavily after (also, he will get a great defensive bond barrier). But you also need to remember that he wasn't used in CN due to the insanity of other ninjas, that totally overwhelm him. Same for 6paths ninjas.

If we are going to get 6paths and him before ( or without) the release of the most gamechanging skillbreaks, then our meta could become much more various then the one in CN.

yea our meta's already changing. considering oasis released kakashi susanoo so soon after 5kage madara, and they've already added 'dream' to the debuff list. it looks like they're planning to release both meta and counter at similar times. by the time we get to edo minato who knows where we'll be lol

GNW sakura was in the ninja list for like 6-8months before she was available. Just saying ;)

I got Fuguki Samheda in weekly arena ninja, but he doesn't appear in the recruitable list either. So, maybe you will get lucky and get Minato as a weekly ninja before he is "released".
