So... here`s my opinion.

1. Sakura event bugs can happen to anyone on any day of the event, best case is to give 35 packs for those that got shut out to at least have what they normally should have gotten freely in response to any worst case scenarios. COULD have made a forum post asking those affected to post a screenshot with UID and server to have been able to give only those in need the recompensation but now it`s way late.

2. The compensation for the price fiasco of Sakura event: ANNOUNCE 1 (ONE) DAY (24 HOURS) PRIOR a reduction to the price of foodsacks on the last day to 10 coupons per pack, as was for those that managed to get that price in the beginning. Those that got at the start won`t be able to repeat anything since only a certain specified amount of the items can be claimed per cycle, making this relatively fair, as well as having their coupons depleted due to spending at the beginning giving Oasis a chance to reduce their losses by earning a bit with them recharging to try grabbing what`s left to grab at a discount. Meanwhile those that couldn`t get the lower price initially will have a chance to do so with their saved up coupons that they had no chance to spend this week to even out the game balance. Next cycle of Sakura event do as you please, but have some better planning Oasis and at least fix the now known bugs in there before that time.

3. Regarding the Lucky Ninja Pack incident on the Ramen event: Agreed with bringing back the pack on the final day at the same price and having that previously announced, however the reduced redeemable amount must be at least enough to be able to 5 star both Sasuke Suit and Sakura Cloak (10 packs), as those that managed to get the packs while available did. If Oasis truly wants to amend their error in the name of fairness/game balance then the release of skill books on those two ninja should be laid back for a later date than initially planned by the team and available for the use of skill trial tubes (the high quality ninja ones that should be released some later date in our version), since apparently we are our own version of the game and can have differences with other versions as stated by mods previously many times.

The question in that case would be why aren`t there people capable of doing that on their side? Supposing your assumption is correct, that would mean 2+ years of the existence of our version (not so sure since I`ve been playing for 9 months) that they have earned money and not invested in improving their team.
