where did u get this information? are u a mod? any screenshot? Daiske didnt even mention this in the official statement.
I mean it doesn't mean it is not true. Just like how many assumed the compensation and the packs will be back on 5AM server time.
You have to think of four situations that can happen: either they are going to wait until LA resets so every server is on wednesday game-time, release it at a random time, release at 5AM at server time, or don't do anything and be caught in a lie.
