Team 1 is not that great. You are basically overriding your shisui's 2 rounds chaos with danzo's immobile.

You can basically move your pos 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 around based on the opponent you are facing. Generally the suggestion is to use madara pos 1 since his mystery is a 2 rounds cd and easier to spam than itachi's; itachi pos 3-4 to cleanse madara. You c@n use at your pleasure mystery 3 and 4 on your main. If there is no chakra stealer in the enemy team, you c@n also use the clone. Main can be moved to pos 2 to interrupt an enemy madara 5kage / Han / sharkisame in pos 2.

HTU - it's quite easy. Madara is going to be your main DD, you are going to abuse the new red lotus secret to basically "finish" your opponent with danzo. This way you are both able to make them not revive-able (it's great against the deidara / earth / sakura / jigokudo) and able to continue spamming Danzo's seal.
