Can we get a response from a mod on why need a super rare to be 4 stars just to skillbreak them?

Lmao, its like you want everyone to have Ay skillbreak or something. Your logic is that everything has to be cheap so that everyone can get them not just "big spenders" sry but rare ninjas are suppose to be rare for a reason lol

I never recall 4th Ay being cheap.

Danzo's over there getting breakthrough at 3*, so are a few other people like the two Hokages. Ay is harder to get then Danzo, way harder, so....

I don't think most people own Ay in the first place. I'm only asking because another SR like Hashirama only needs to be 3 stars.

Ay's frags have never been farmable, so why does he have to be 4 stars in order to get his skillbooks? I'd understand if his frags appeared in plot instances such as kurenai or tsunade [sannin war). Tsunade & Sasuke both have skillbooks & skill trials which can easily be gotten but so does Hashirama who is also a super rare. There is no reason as to why Ay should have to be a 4* to get skillbooks when his frags have almost always been stuck behind some type of paywall.

100 frags to 4* him and another 1000mto skill break him...lol

i agree this needs to be fixed if someone like hashirama who is also a sr can receive breakthrough's at 3* then so should ay 4th

It's just shady business practices, bad enough players are already coughing up 100s of dollars every week on questionable recharge rebates & the latter (by choice) and this is only adding fuel to the fire on why some of the big spenders are beginning to charge back. At the end of the day our concerns will probably be ignored so we might as well take this with a grain of salt.

Is there any way to know what ninjas (SR or non farmables) need 4 stars for skill books or are we at the mercy of developers? It will be helpful if we some mod can address all the other questions along with mine as a formal post.

If you are talking about any future ninjas, then no because of what happen to Ay. People were worried about Ay having to be 4* to skill break because of what happen in Germany rather than 3* like in China. Due to this, players cannot predict the future skillbreaks for ninjas at 3* will come and it is under the discretion of Oasis. A forum post won't change the mood as there is no good reason besides restricting who has access.
