'Good morning, Nighty! Just in time for a breakfast!'

Midnight threw a cold, annoyed stare at Scarlet, who was sitting on a table, chewing on something and welcomed him aloud just when lightning nin opened door to their meeting room.

Crimson was there too, also busy with a bento- probably prepared by him, as he usually was happy to cook for everyone.

At first, Midnight wanted to leave, to avoid these two goof together. But then again- they were supposed to be given missions today, so it wasn't best idea to be away. He sighed loudly.

'By the way~' Scarlet swallowed and continued, with a teasing voice 'Your girlfriend was looking for you.'

Midnight blinked at him. 'My what?'

'Oh come on!' Scarlet laughed shortly. 'You really think that people don't know about your dates at MIDNIGHT with Breezy?' he wiggled eyebrows at suddenly turning a lot more pale Midnight.

'What are you talking about? We're not dating, you jellyfish-brained midget!'

'It was looking kinda date'ish, if ya' ask me~' Scarlet smirked and continued chewing his food.

Midnight frowned and gave a deadly stare also to Crimson, who was smiling wide at him with a thumb up in the air.

'And you are a stalker now too, Scarlet? Can you get any lower?'

'Hello boys!' Breeze marched happily into the room, with Azure following her.

'Good morning.' mumbled Midnight, locking a stare filled with killing intent on Scarlet, who wiggled brows at him again.

'Hey girls! I have some yummy food for you too- come eat with us.' Crimson patted chair next to him, with all happy-cheery smile on face.

'Azurrrre-chaaan~' Scarlet rolled off the table and squeezed blue-haired girl in a hug, rubbing nose on her cheek, making her giggle and blush.

Breeze sighed at them and smiled at Midnight when she noticed him looking at her. He turned eyes away and did a step back, all silent and frowning.

'All this look and smell amazing, Crimson-kun but we already ate- and you don't have idea how hard it is to keep such great shape.'

'We're going on a missions today- you all will need some extra energy!' Crimson didn't give up.

'Ah, yes!' Azure put a finger on Scarlet's forehead and pushed him away gently. 'Information first- Breeze, Midnight and I are going together- nothing big, we got a report of some bad boys causing troubles.'

'objection!' shouted Scarlet. 'I want to go with you, c'mon...'

'Captain's decision and it's not far away- we're going to be back soon.' she patted cheek of pouting boy.

'As for you two-' Breeze pointed at earth and fire nins. 'I heard that Guy-sensei and Lee are in need for some help~'

Boys made a loud, happy "OOOOOH!" and then even louder, happier "YUSSSSSSH!!"- in perfect synch, with poses that made Midnight cringe.

He looked at girls, both smiling brightely at him and sighed. 'Ok, let's go and have it all off our shoulders as fast as possible.'

For his relief, this mission really turned out to be easy- just a bunch of wannabe ninjas, not trained enough to bring them any troubles, even with outnumbering them by a lot.

And even tho he liked a lot more to work alone, it wasn't so bad in a team with girls. At least no silly jokes and dummy comments whole time as like when with Scarlet... And they were praising his fighting skills too, all the way back to Konoha.

'And that... how you called it? Shidori? That was super cool!' Azure was hopping in front of other two, still full of energy, when they entered gates of village.

'It's chidori.'

'Yes!' girl continued, while breeze was giggling. 'First time I saw it.'

'Is that what you were training, alone at night, hmm?' Breeze interrupter her, smiling at boy. 'Very impressive.'

'Kakashi-sensei showed me that.' Midnight looked at her for a moment- it was such a nice feeling to hear a praise from her.

'He picked up a great student then.'

'Oh gosh!!' Azure suddenly stopped and looked around. 'It's getting late- I got to run to Scarlet, haha. Take care guys!' she shouted and in a few jumps got on a roof of nearby building, then disappeared.

Midnight and Breeze looked at that surprised then sighed, in same time, which made the girl giggle.

'Well, I will go give report to Captain, I guess.' said Midnight, after a moment.

'We can go together, if you don't mind?' Breeze suggested with a smile, tilting head a little.

Midnight gazed at her but when he was about to reply, they heard sudden noise- loud laughing and chatting of some girls. Then those 3 intruders noticed Midnight, who recognized them too well... he frowned and cussed under breath when they waved at him.

Breeze whistled shortly and patted her chin with finger. 'Fanclub with a warm welcome, I guess?'

'No way they will get me. Sorry but I will-' he stopped when Breeze grabbed his arm. Midnight stared at her with a little annoyed face.

'I have better idea.' Breeze smiled. 'Want to get rid of them? Then trust me.'

Midnight didn't have a clue of what she's planning but gave up tries of running away and let her take his hand. When they got closer, girls called out Midnight's name and started their usual giggling and silliness that was irritating boy so much.

Breeze snuggled to his arm and whispered to him 'Just don't freak out, ok?'

'Huh?...'

She just smiled in reply, then did a step and turned face to surprised boy, making sure that girls will see what she wanted them to see. She grabbed his collar and pulled him down to her face, then kissed- near the corner of his lips. From girls point of view, it looked like a real kiss and Breeze could clearly hear a groan of disappointment from them.She turned and threw them a victorious look, watching as they hesitantly walk away, cussing on her.

Midnight stood there frozen, with heart pounding in his chest, staring at Breeze with mouth opened a bit but unable to speak.

'Hmmm...' Breeze hummed, turning to him with a smile. 'Sorry for that but seems it worked.'

'Yeah... I...' Midnight was still staring at her, with mind full of that soft touch of lips. 'Breeze... you asked do I like someone...'

'Hmm?' she smiled.

He didn't reply, just gently grabbed her waist and pulled closer, then kissed her lips softly. When he back head off and looked at her face, she was surprised but still smiling, now with a lovely blush on cheeks and leaned in for a kiss in return.

Meanwhile, three girls- stalkers of Midnight, were observing whole scene from a hideout.

'Haha, success!' one of them whispered and then, out of a sudden, a puff of smoke covered her- and Azure returned to her own form, followed by both crimson and Scarlet, also disguising themselves as girls until now.

'Bro, I don't know how you did that but nice plan!'

'Of course.' Scarlet snorted with a smirk. 'I'm simply a genius, that's why! But thanks to Azure too, for pushing Breeze a little bit then and now for such actions, hehe.'

'I was sure he will run away after all that teasing from Breeze.' girl laughed.

'You think they won't get su*ious that those girls gave up so easy?' asked Crimson.

'Nah.' Scarlet smiled, observing Midnight and Breeze walking away together. 'They will be too busy with each other to bother with such things. And you will see- it will be all good for that grumpy.'

'Hahaha, yeah!

'Now- to the Ichiraku to celebrate success of this mission!'
