I have 8k cps, need 18 frags of Shisui, and i certainly wont spend it there. Its too much RNG, and i think drop rate for him is very low, so i would pass it if i was u. And btw, since his frags still worths more than 100cps/piece, i wouldnt do it on your place - just stack this week. Who knows, he can come maybe in next lucky board. *fingers crossed*

Don't spend on great plates if you want frags it's become a terrible event for those. It's now an improved lucky board which is still not as good. Only spend if you want seals/med refines/moods and/or Edo Tobi frags for ac*ulated draws.

for 39 frags left i will spend in the last day of event, it's worth it for power and frags

needed 18 frags,from 280 draws got 13 frags which i think is worthy for power ups and seals,just being honest

I know your situation now, i really want to get Shisui too and i only need 29 frags for him (actually, 27 frags only since i got 2 frags of him from 20 free keys and 10 paid keys) .. But what i'm going to do is to just use free keys daily, and plan on the last day of the even whether if im going to spend or not .. But for me, i don't mind spending on this event since getting Power-up Items, Seal Scrolls and Mood Scrolls are my primary targets also, aside from Shisui fragments .. But i do also consider the facts or things for the next cycles so, specially that i'm targeting for something special (Madara5k) .. Needs to plan wisely since my resources are limited ..

Don't. You are very likely not going to get 10 frags with that little amount of coupons

they got really greedy and nerfed the event
