I haven't touched rank battles in months been staying on super kage for months. i just go on training because i know that i won't lose anything from winning or losing.

u dont lose anything, but you don't GAIN anything either...where's the fun in that?

muting doesnt stop them from sending messages tho, it just stops u from receiving them (in chat window), and cancels the annoying blinking for pm. if u want to stop ppl from pm-ing u you might have to blacklist

i meant why retreat when you're stronger.

retreating in ranked makes no sense unless you know you're going to lose.

the argument in this entire thread is about retreating even when you're stronger just because your opponent asked you to.

Ah, then there is no real reason except for empathy, to be real.
I don't surrender for no one, because it takes me one hell of a long time to reach Sage of 6 paths, bloody hours but If it took me a few hours which I know it could if I had the right team & initiative I'd probably retreat every once in a while just to be nice- people do it for me all the time in Practice Arena, I always try & complete the missions & I'll get put against players who I clearly can't beat with my odd ball team & so I'll retreat, numerous times I've went up against the same players when queuing again and they've retreated instantly without even asking, for all the flame that people complain about I think people sometimes forget that there are some pretty cool people out there that are just trying to play the game as well.

The only times i retrat are for guild members / friends (rather rare to come accross once you got X-Server) or people from really new servers, with *ty teams.

That being sad, I can afford to give the later ones a win once in a while, because i have no problem climbing ranked.

Arena is the worst place ever,you try do the daily missions in training and you find some idiot with p2w ninjas you lost to previous round and he keep trying to win,like it would do him any good,where you try with some odd ninjas from missions with big combos of 3 .

And i am one that give tons of Free wins,especially if i see other person is new to the game having normal ninjas like 3 star,naruto sasuke.

I also give many Free wins for the * 15 wins event after i complete my own,so yeah at times i dont understand the selfish ppl WHO won in previous fight trying to win again for no benefit,

The problem is not these players so you cut them some slack. The matching system is not very good. I have tons of complaints on my server of players being matched against whales match after match after match. And losing being down -20 or -30 points in the arena. This is not a good system for those players but for us p2w we can do quite well. That said, I dont know what to tell my group members who face this kind situation where they lose again and again and again and never progress. That is really for oasis to figure out

dude, I rarely open the battle chat, and when I do I read the most *ed stuff people could throw at me and I laugh back at them... it's that simple.

Even if a better system exists, these type of players will exist and continue to rage when they don't win. You cannot justify their thinking and say they are not part of the problem.

On main acc, I usually just give the opponent wins if they ask nicely, as getting 6 paths is trivial for me. If they act salty or entitled, then no, I will beat them down every time.

On my alts, I usually just ignore chat altogether, as those accs don't have the ninjas or init to win constantly, and struggle to reach 6 paths (if getting there at all).

yes! arena is TERRIBLE! makes no sense, i battle all sorts of tough teams, win, then some guys with nonsensical teams with 0 buffs or barrier just kill my 1st move like it's nothing lol. Arena and decisive bonds are awful

But regarding the salty ppl, i kinda get some people getting angry at arena because the gameplay there is absolutely terrible, but other ppl insulting for nothing, that i don't understand, and i've seen these guys before, i think they do it because you can't click and see what server they are from, what the forget is that you can actually see their server by putting the mouse cursor over the pic of his main XD

I am stuck on 49 because I don't have enough initiative for basically auto winning on round 2 which determines which team will win. I got up to 55 once but then kept getting whaler teams with initiative advantage which set me back by 12 or so points. Now I am at 49 and normally I should be getting the 2nd best arena prize each month but they put restrictions on non-whalers basically which is you need to reach Max rank before you can receive your just rewards. I honestly don't understand why there was almost no opposition to this decision? that's like saying get to legend rank in a card game or you won't get monthly card rewards.

PS: before anyone gets all triggered, All I am saying is if we normally received our rewards there would be NO problems whatsoever as everyone would get the rewards they can earn based on their current initiative but instead of that we have an illogical restriction that forces everyone to reach MAX rank as soon as possible which leads to problems as everyone thinks they are receiving less rewards then they should.
