You don't have the Ninja's to make a good Full Earth team.

Wouldnt recommend making a full earth team, because there are so much lightning mains around

You must be really strong to build that since lighting mains are so mainstream now. Even if you're not a lightning main, there are still a lot of people currently using Sasuke and Kakashi to demolish an Earth team .
If you want to build an Earth team, wait for new updates since there will be more valuable Earth chars to use.

I've used jirobo and Kiba with main since his ability only gives boost to three earth ninja and use tsunade with them or even kabuto you get heals either way and kabutos heal triggers jirobos curse mark because of the one damage dealt

It looks like you have the makings of a great water team though - Zabuza, Suigetsu, Haku, Sakura. Just shapeshift your main into one of them and you'll be able to use all 4

I recomend using Sai,Sasori, and Sakura with your starter ninja!
