The tab which shows '' Next Week Research'' can be changed anytime during the week for the upcoming one.

Only one you cannot change would be the ''Weekly Research'' which is locked down. Every Monday at 5am, the new weekly research will be taking place. Additionally, there are few exceptions, for example few of these you cannot equip for a third week if they have been activated for at least two weeks in a row.
