What's your level?

I asked since on our server, players whose levels are below 75 couldn't do 2 SS convoys but apparently that's not the case for yours.

lvl 100 and top 3 in Ranked battle, so i shoud be able to do it, or not ?

We are currently investigating this issue. Please be patient.

Also, please keep in mind that only player who meet specific requirements can get 2 free SS Convoys:

1. Non merged servers - TOP 50 players in Rank Battle Ranking
2. Merged servers - TOP 100 players in Rank Battle Ranking

Either way i am meeting the requirements to get the 2 SS,plus i am not the only one our whole server doesn't get the 2 SS, but since you are investigating the issue, all good , and thank you for the quick answer.

I got some news for you regarding free Convoy and Plunder missions.

1. Convoy for Merged servers: Ranked Battle Ranking - Top 100, they can have free 2 SS mission chances. Single Servers: Ranked Battle Ranking - Top 50, they can have free 1 SS misson chance.

2. Plunder for Merged servers: Ranked Battle Ranking - Top 100, Single server, Ranked Battle Ranking - Top 50, all of them will have 1 free chance to get SS mission chance.

Yes it does, you are saying ignore the non merged servers and let them lose 280 coupons a week, Thank you, now at least i know where we are.
