Location of Bug: (where bug was met) Power Up -> Strengthen -> Upgrade Equipment

Bug Description: (what kind of bug was it? How did you trigger it?) After the update, the equipment panel showed that equipment is available for upgrade with sage naraka scroll (or whatever it was) which explained that it could be obtained through ninja exam lvl 220 or higher, but the next day it's gone.

Bug Print Screen:
Wasn't expecting the upgrade to disappear, so I haven't printed the screen with upgrade available. I could only provide with when it returned to original state.
