Battle Power Rewards are not being held back on purpose. There is a problem with this feature we need to fix first and then we will be able to implement it.
Considering the amount of changes made this one shouldn't be a problem if its the ninja you can add him next week and we should still get the frags, right?
If you don't wanna give us same amount of seals or cuck us like you did on lvl 100 reward why not admit it
