• Eh...we are missing breakthroughs on common ninjas that were out far before Ay and Sasuke Susano.

  We still don't have Yamato or Anko books, and they were supposed to be in the early groups of ninjas to get breakthroughs. ;p Ay and Sasuke can wait their turn just like everyone else.
