  • The baits are capped to 20 per day with stamina + the 3 you get from the pack. You can even use 100 potions but you won't get more than 23 per day.

I can confirm this, I've spent over 400 stamina after i got 20 baits from stamina stamina 2 times, and on neither try have I got more baits.
