If the green bells were in a redemption event with unlimited quantity to redeem i would have spent 5-6k coupons on them even if i know they will be free in sun and moon shop later, 99/100 before October. Since they are not available nowthe only goal they achieved is that i not only do not spend them but i keep them for something else so i have no reason to recharge if, eventually, something that interests me appears and the more they wait the less i am inclined to spend coupons for them at all since i know sun and moon shop is even closer. The result is that while maybe they are milking some whales, but not the wise ones, they are not milking the low cashers like me nor are inducing f2p in spending because the quantity they are giving is not appealing for us, ergo is a very bad business move.
What make you think they will update 5.0 in October? There is no comfirmation about it, just because DE got it 2 months after they got assist li
nk doesn't mean we will get them in the same amount of time. It's very clear like Kuebiko said, they are limited the feature to HEAVY spender who RECHARGE with MONEY to get bells, not coupon. After sometimes they will open the feature for casual p2p and f2p who use both coupon/ingot and keep it running for another 1, 2 months or even longer than that before they update 5.0.
Of course this is just my own assumption about their business tactic so it may not mean anything but I know for sure Oasis know how to make money better than most of us here, so you don't have to question their business tactics since you don't have any number in your hand. Just keep play the game, take it slow and enjoy whatever you can.

he didn't say that 5.0 is in october, he said that sun and moon shop is in october, so he thinks that we get 5.0 before (maybe september).
Honestly speaking i think too we will get it in september (for the simple reason that never happened once that we had to wait more than 2 months after germany got something before we got it too) and the sooner it appears the better is since solves 90% of the mystery delay lag issues.
That's great if we actually get 5.0 around September or October, I'm looking forward it too.
But still the point didn't change even if we get version within the "assumed" time frame above, this is 3rd week after assist li
nk updated and it's still limited to heavy spenders. My wild guess would be 1 or 2 more weeks before it slowly get add into normal event cycle and continue from then until Sep/Oct or whenever 5.0 & shop update come. Plenty of time before it happen, so again, no reason for people to rush. -
