You can actually collect quite a lot Seal Scrolls from daily/weekly events in game and those in Hot Topics. GNW packs. There's also ninja's fragments refirement system- which can give you SS. Monthly login. You can save coupons and buy some discounted SS packs that shows up in shops.

That's how I reached super rare- and of course saving bigger amount of Seal Scrolls for rebate event. And it won't be very fast way to get ninjas you want- I was saving SS from the moment I heard about GNW treasure coming to us. It was like half year ago? Minus those two months when I was out of game. You can get everything for free in this game- just it will take much longer time.

But yeah, they could throw some really great event/rewards for all the Free Players more often~~ Nobody would hate them for that ;)

I got after 18 rares, your luck is better with edo hashi frags.. Hope you will get SR soon, probably at 1200.

I have 1k seals, should I pull them in 1 time cause rebate stop at 500 pull or separate them in 2 times?

Unless you gain more than 300 seals per month you should simply skip altogether this rebate and just use 300 seals per time when the other rebate is up.
