They're both good in general.
Kurama is more for PvP in my opinions.
When it comes to PvP Madara is like another support to Konoha.
He still provides what's good for the team.
Group.
Kurama is still doing well, but meanwhile Madara smacks entire field with 9 units.
Madara can be used in many scenario for group fights such as Bond and GNW.

About suppress armor. The cheapest ninja can do that is Tsunade SE as you quoted SB Ay and Edo Yagura. SB Ay is very expensive, just saying. You have to actually vs someone very heavy spender.
Tsunade SE is very situational ninja, rarely use to suppress Armor and she won't be pos 1 to stop him.
What I commented it sounds very bias to Madara. TBH I love both. I'd be happy whatever I get. I have teams in my mind.

Itachi Susanoo is better than both of them.
But I have to add that Madara is miles better than Kurama, coming from a guy who won vs Kurama team that had 30k-35k+ more power than me. (yes I have the screenshots)
Madara always creates more issues, that Tai immunity creates a TON of problems for Kushimaru and Minato teams which are both at the top of the me
ta, Minato will also be at the top for a very, very long time. Madara also grants the person who has him faster wins which in some events is all that matters. Just don't put him pos 1, he is more of a high damaging support. Kurama doesn't really counter anyone, but Madara does counter some teams and he counters them HARD, just like Masked Man. Kurama was always the FML pull for me, so I have no idea what you're talking about saying Madara was the FML pull, he never was, never will be lol.
Both of my friends got Kurama. They don't even use him. XD

That’s the funny thing. Most people in our servers and cluster that got Kurama never use him except for maybe Matsuri or Arena, while I often see Madara in a lot of places. I guess event ninjas are meant to be better xD (even though they’re cheaper).
Haha yea I know!!!
I hardly see Kurama in my Sage.
People are just worried too much about debuffs land on Madara.
He's there basically to support Konoha and finish off each round.
