The last frags you had to get during the current mission event with points, though it ends today. It was not one of the better decisions made during the anniversary so far. Though I assume you mean Sannin Era not War.

You need to turn in your mission mobilization points for the last 8 frags. You need 520 points. If you already spend them, you can buy the boxes you need at 20 coupons for 10 points. So 1040 coupons if you don't have any points left.
