Activity rate in local server competition wise is dead, would like to re-merge with another cluster of active/whale servers to promote a boost in activity + spending.

Due to lack of inactivity in server, rank 2 has stopped spending completely, and rank 1 (Me) is on the verge of going free to play route.
Recommend re-merging us with another cluster like 755 788 797 where spenders are present and activity rate is high. [Just like Re-Merge of Kaizer/Kozo/Jojo's Servers]
