Sigh. Why do people keep saying he's free in THAT context like hes a good or decent ninja? I pieced together deidara and technically he's free but he is also a ninja you can actually be competitive with. Idk who'd actually rush jiraya when the speed of light clothes are in the event. Idunno. Was this the best they can do?
i dont even know wut to claim on that event probably 4 star my minato . or wait till last day . i think some probably rush for jiraya especially p2p / someone that alr had the cloth and the ninja's

The issue is that you are assuming he won't be in other events in the future where you can just use your free points. At the moment, you're thinking if you could have gotten 80 frags.
Oasis has done this in the past where they don't give the full amount of frags. The fact tsunade showed up more than twice in missions provides hope for him to show up. After this week, then it becomes a irrational decision in your part to use the free points on jiraya or anything else since only a select few of whales will manage to get all of the ninjas at the time they have them.
This is not the issue. He can show up in every missions from now on, still not going to redeem him. The problem here is that we have to spend points on a ninja that's not worth it (doesn't matter if you redeem him from this week's missions or from any future event he will show up in). I don't mind the 65 fragments as it is better than getting nothing at all. I'm not going to use him anyway. But I do feel a little cheated.

Well,with the missions general event,you can get the last 15 without spending any coupons or ingots.Jiraiya is 65 points a frag,so you'd need 975 points.Since you get 150 free points a day (150x7),which is 1,050 points,you can get him for free.

The "FREE" is they will give it 80 frags, not to spend any points or coups/ingots

Do Arena Training at shinobi Feast and with 15 Win u get 10 more Jiraya Frags So Totally are 75 Free Frags no 65

Maybe your Calculation is broken. 10 from Shinobi Feast + 55 from Summer holiday = 65Happy 2nd anniversary

where do you get 150 free points from. I got 50. I get 5 points each mission which is (5x10) which is 50

once u open box u got 100 . each box had 10 point so each day u got 10 box
10x10 = 100100 + 50 = 150 .

Aahahha i think we should be grateful that we even get 1 ninja for free... its been almost 6 months (without including that kushina crap that almost everyone got it) that we got a new free ninja like itachi in our sign in. And guys dont expect to get free ninja for gratis without a little bit work ... 65 + 15 u get from free 1050 points = 80

You and several others just had the expectations high. I knew they have in the past given not the full amount of frags for a ninja in one event in the past. So it wasn't a huge surprise to me. Their definition of free is not using any coupons/ingots. Since someone already did the math, your free points from missions can get the remaining frags. It's a just the typical move you should have expected rather than hoping for the best scenario.

well OASIS things guys. We thought that Jiraya Sanin Era was a FREE ninja, coz we know that it's a 2nd anniversary. But this was Daiske said a little suprise so it means a little frags too

Hi! You can get 80x fragments with a little bit of work this event week. As others have pointed out. You can get 55 Jiraiya Sannin Era Fragments from logging in everyday for "Summer Holidays" event. You c*so get 10 fragments from doing "Arena Training" in the event "Shinobi Feast" and finally you can get the last 15 fragments from General Mission Mobilization, as you can obtain maximum of 1050 points for participating every day.
