If you think like that, lemme ask you a question. If you won a lottery, and the prize is a box of food. But they only give you 10 packs of what inside the box, then tell you if you want to get the rest, you need to work 1 week for them first. Would you call yourself get 1 box of food for free then? or you would say you only got 10 packs for free?

In this example the box is jiraiya, and the packs is the fragments.

its a little conflicting. its nice to have so many events together, but taken individually the rewards for each arent that great.

Just wanted to say, ramen drop rate is pathetic. Barely got 15 a day, instead of the advertised 20.

same. i constantly get like 5-6 ramen for about 500 stamina, that's pathetic.

this anniversary event could be more special if oasis give events with super big discount like black friday. And also give free ninja (not just free fragments just like tendo case) or cloth. This anniversary is one time in a year, why oasis still dont giving all their effort to make players happy

You forget that they have event weeks around 40 times a year. And if you roughly count each event that occurs every week in a year, that's a whopping 320 events per year give or take.

EDIT: I understand you want something special for the anniversary but that's all it is, a anniversary. Strip that away and it's just another week of events. I'm sure there'll be better events to come, just relax.
