Actually, this matter is sensitive and will always create conflict as all people has their own definition of F2P .. And they will fight for what they believe is right and wrong ..

In my case, i am a full-time F2P .. never spent a cent on this game and never have a plan on the future (except if i saw major changes in this game that can convince me to spend) but an incident happened where my former Group Leader got his account locked because of some Recharge Problem which is not his fault (oasis didn't pay much attention to his report and the customer support gives answers that is far from the idea of what happened to his account) .. Few days after that he logs in back using his one of alt accounts and said that he will be back at the 7th day from the day his account got locked and he came back, he asked for my account and recharged little amount of ingots for me to Impeach his character and take over the Leadership of our Group ..

The only thing that changed in my account was, i became a Leader of the Group .. Nothing else, nothing more .. If recharging even for 1 time means removing your F2P status then i am a P2W, who never had anything to make my self victorious in battles, never had anything that boost my power insanely or just the literal meaning, never Win a battle because my account recharged of some ingots ..

About the image proof, that is not accurate to validate ones account from being a F2P or P2W .. And getting Gaara fragments from that, can automatically tag you as a P2W .. 4star Gaara is not a simple ninja that F2Ps can get in his/her early ages in the game (i 4starred my Gaara when i reached Lv90s) .. And obviously, if you have a 4star ninja, you will use it rather than making him just for transformation .. Thus, making you to have advantage on your battles, making you to win with ninja that you payed to get .. inshort it is P2W stuff ..

Well, technically, GLs are still F2P .. as they get what they have now by doing job or spending time and not spending real-money to get something .. In a way, they may look P2W but still, no real-money involved when it comes to this matter .. But anyway, each people have their own perspective about this things and others may say that being a GL can automatically puts you in the P2W category because you earn something that other regular players don't ..

He's a Moderator, not a GL .. GL stands for "Game Liaison" and that two is different jobs .. And most likely, no one's gonna say that they are GL because i think they have some secrecy thing ..

The one who has a lot of time and patience to visit all servers one by one and investigating whether the player spent a cent or not .. But before doing that list, one should make standards about the qualification of a player for him/her to be qualified to be part of the Strongest F2Ps list .. Then after doing the criteria, post it here in forums, make a poll whether the criteria is okay, or some part must be changed, or some part must be removed, or something must be added .. And when all is good and agreed by the majority of forum users here, then that's the time for that someone to engage and make a move towards making the list for the Strongest F2P ..

I am F2P too with 110k Highest, 106k Mainteam Power, but i am a GL too (Group Leader) xD ..

lol xD .. Being a GL is not Cheating .. Being a GL grants you to have a way of earning something in exchange for doing some work for the Naruto Online .. Just like in real-life, you apply and get a work to get salary for you to buy your needs .. The real and natural way of gaining food is Planting and Harvesting it, but if you bought it using the money from your work salary, because you took a job, then it means you're cheating in real-life xD .. hahahaha
