Teamwork makes dreamwork.
By doing it as a team, you don't need rare ninjas like Shurado. This task can be accomplished by using cheap free ninjas.
Formation
Each team needs 4 roles
Initiator: the one who can ult and initiate a combo. usually your main. Should be either 2 round CD or can be used twice.
Disturber: The one who can disturb poison ult. At least one of This ninja MUST stand at move 1.
EX: Guy, Neji (Prefered), Shikamaru, Zabuza, Iruka, Shurado,
Summoner: The one who can spawn summons.
EX: Kabuto or Sai(strongly preferred).
Combo-er: the one who can chase a lot
EX: most pains, Sasuke, Kakashi, Kakuzu
You don't really need a healer if all of you use Neji. Otherwise, you may take sakura
base on these tips, build your own teams. Make sure you have decent combos.
Recommendation:
Summon: Gamachu for ALL
Wind
Lightning
Fire
Water
Earth
Each of them provides an 8-hit combo
Always make sure your Neji stands at MOVE 1
First Wave
objective: take less damage
A really effective way to take less damage is to disturb all of their poison ults. so if you have 3 Neji, this is super easy. or you can just take some damage here, not a big deal. Negotiate with your teammates so you won't overlap.
Second Wave:
Round 1:
One of you should interrupt the poison.
make sure none of your 1st move ninjas initiate the combo.
After Shizune's healing, full DPS, but also make sure you have at least 1 ult to initiate combo next round.
Round 2:
Again, interrupt the poison, then full DPS.
Always summon whenever you can.
Third Wave:
Exactly the same strategy as the second wave.
Notice: you MUST interrupt Karin's ult at the second round, or she will be full HP.
Fourth wave:
Interrupt at the 2nd round.
Fifth Wave:
Auto to win
Conclusion:
Cooperation is the key. make sure you have interruption as the correct time. With enough interruption, you don't need to worry about poison at all.

a question though, you mentioned that at round 3 we use the exact same strategy as round 2. does that mean we do not interrupt Karin's poison since Neji is our only interrupter? -

hey there! thank you once again for this awesome guide, i'm sure it will be extremely useful, especially to people who are currently stuck.
a question though, you mentioned that at round 3 we use the exact same strategy as round 2. does that mean we do not interrupt Karin's poison since Neji is our only interrupter?
If you have only 1 interrupter, then you MUST interrupt Karin's second poison because she will HEAL if she cast that poison successfully.
For the first poison, just leave it alone. -

Doing this on easy for me was a nightmare i couldnt do it no matter what i tried for 3 hours. I tried to do it with a duo partner and it was the easiest thing ever. He didnt even have a combo team but it still worked at max he did 4 combos while i was tanking and doing 7-8 combos. Important is you be the tanker and the healer and the other guy needs to have only a sakura so he doesnt die before you get to the 3rd round. I went like this
Sakura - Kakashi
Kabuto - Fire Main
Other guy like i said random but just need a healer.
Manually play it without using heal or atleast using it 1 time but be sure to have it ready when hanzo does his mistery. Shizune sounds kind of hard but what would be the best way is do 1 mystery at a raund which shes taken some dmg and then do another mystery at the start of the next round before she gets the chance to heal. THen once to 3rd round nuke out karin with mysteries and then keep on damaging hanzo. Kabuto will keep spawning clones to the middle row which i left empy on purpose so they tank the dmg and voila its all done! As for the discussion, has anybody successfully solo'd this as Earth main? I can do the other two with WB Asuma, Shurado, and Sai @ 69. Can't hang with the DPS check on the first wave in Difficult though. -

Solo guide for water main
Keywords: Combo, Summon, Healing
Formation & Talent
Gamachu also works.
First wave: 3 giants
The first wave is easy, your objective is to take less damage from poison.
Round 1:
Shurado interrupt the middle one.
After all of them attacked, Sai summon. (so your summon won't get hurt)
ALWAYS summon after poison, and whenever possible.
Round 2:
After all of them attacked, Main use healing. Kiba ult whoever you want
IF you have about 2/3 or more HP left after round 1, you good.
If you really need more healing, then use healing Jutsu.
Second wave: Shizune
Shizune has 20 HP. so you need to hit her 20 times within her healing interval.
Round 1:
Do NOTHING. Your Shurado SHOULDN'T initiate combo. If he does, then just start over or wait for another round.
After Shizune;s healing, Kiba will initiate combo and deals 7 damage
Sai deals 4 dmg, Main deals 1 dmg
Your 5 summons deal 5 dmg in total
so by the end of Round 1, you dealt about 17 damage. Shizune has 3 HP left.
Round 2:
Shurado interruption deals 1 damage, Kiba ult initiate the combo for 7 damage, Shizune dead.
Third wave: Karin
Karin has 19 HP. She has pa$$ive healing.
The strategy is exactly the same as Shizune.
Forth Wave: Jiraye
If you have like about 1/3-half HP left at this point, it is super easy.
Let your Shurado interrupt at the 2nd round, and then just auto to win.
5Th wave: Hanzo
Hanzo is a sniper using a bow. His ult "Ryuu ga waga teki wo kurau" is extremely dangero... oh wait this is not that hanzo, nevermind.
well, just auto to win. Super easy.
Conclusion:
Once you know how to combo, Shizure and Karin are very easy. The only problem is the position dot. If the battle lasts too long, you will have trouble.
As water main, we have strong healing ability. We have AOE healing every 3 round and a 40% healing boost pa$$ive. Therefore, this instance is easy for us. (Still, need shurado) For other cla$$, the stratagies should be similar, but I have no idea about details.
If you don't have shurodo, or you are not water, you can just do it as a team. I will talk about the team strategy in the next section.

Thanks man! This team is great and strategy is easy to use :) Never did SA Hanzo as water main before... Also it gives you a great score :) Even without full awakenings, with Sai 3* and GNW Kiba 2*, got top 3 rank easy :D -
