i see now since im level freezing and doesn't sweep anymore for ninja frags i can only manage to get 3k from the ninja refinement option which is equivalent to 2 scrolls. and i can only do it once a month so thats only 2 seal scrolls for me a month from ninja refinement.. can i ask how many times you can go for the 15k ninja refinement a month?
I'm a level freezer myself (lvl 80 with 76k power on my sage lineup) i guess i'll just be more patient gathering scrolls now, ill just save coupons to buy event ninjas now.

Doing the 15K is extremely risky. If you haven't maxed Iruka yet, you are better off doing the 3000 rebate in cause you get summon scrolls instead. Maxing out arena every month is a good way to 5* some guys and get a bunch of frags to turn in. With level freezing, it's still hard to count on that for scrolls though.
