Sasuke susano'o + tendo + cf with chakra wall and shield passive the 4th ninja may be which one you want... Tendo in front of hiruzen.

Just a forewarning, Edo Hiruzen attacks with his basic in random column, so putting tendo in front of him is not really going to always negated that. And if its the chase you desire there is better ways to start it.
Yes, but the most common lineups with him have him alone in his line (usually the ninja behind him is a support, like cf with shield standard) so by putting him in front of hiruzen you do not risk that his atk evasion gets procced by other ninjas except hiruzen itself before comes asuma standard attack turn.
And beware that this is a lineup meant to beat an enemy with a wide bp advantage over you. Tendo is there mostly to break round 1 eventually the enemy barrier. Is tendo barrier itself that start the combo to acupuncture hiruzen or an eventual annoying enemy.

Konan sb x x
Other ninjas you c*e in the place of konan with skillbooks are useful evading ninjas like hokage minato, shisui, masked man or healers like sailor sakura.
