Hinata karin and kurenai is a good wind team to start with. If you plan on staying as wind main, there are a few ninjas you should save your coupons for: angel konan with shark kisame either or both minatos, shisui, etc. You should think getting about event ninjas later as the game progress; focus on spending on power in the beginning.

For early I guess Sage Naruto-Iruka teams were godly back in the days, I am not sure if you want to pull for Sage Naruto nowadays though

For later goals as a wind main I'd suggest Minato either Jonin or Hokage in terms of coupon ninjas

My first main to pick is wind.

Gaara, kankuro(normal/gnw), and temari. The sand team.

If has sage naruto then better. But dont pull for sage naruto. You will get him eventually, and if you get him then I am sure you have better ninjas to use , (example kushimaru, jinpachi.)

It is for early level 1-70 teams.

The Queens Team doesn’t work anymore. First, Wind main needs queens momentum in the lineup but the rasengan mystery as of now has changed to have 2 clones to cast it every round so you have to choose clones passive than queen for rasengan mystery, and the old rasengan mustery dont need any clones to cast it for 2 rounds consecutively. Second, flower guard has changed. The old flower guard gives the one least hp shield to female and herself every round with removes one layer debuff , of course no immunity but has removes debuff every round.

What OP said is early wind game lineups, which I can assume is right before you get access to sage, jin, kage, and gnw treasures. I cant really think of other lineups based on this scenario besides adding event ninjas.

very early on normal gaara was super worth the $5 if you want to slightly break that f2p. i made it a long way with normal naruto him and a random other ninja. shielded clones to start a fight helped while going though story missions

i see! so for now i should go for a team with gaara. do i need to think about combos yet or not really
